SPAM consists of the following:
The sending of unsolicited email - meaning that the recipient of your email hasn't specifically requested the information you are sending, and/or the recipient of your email hasn't specifically agreed to receive your email.
Inappropriate postings in the USENET Newsgroups - meaning that your post has nothing to do with the topic of discussion for that particular newsgroup.
Enrolling an individual's personal information at your 10X Recruiter Landing Page causing the automated marketing system to send them emails.
If you are going to do legal email marketing, you are not allowed to include any URL that either directly points to any 10X Recruiter or your program web page or to a page that links to any 10X Recruiter Landing Page or your program web pages. You are also not allowed to mention the name 10X Recruiter or your program in your emails.
In addition, in order to be CanSpam compliant, all email messages must include the following items:
Your legal name or registered business name.
A current and valid email address that you check daily by which recipients may contact you or request removal.
Subject lines must not be deceptive to mislead the recipient as to the actual content of the email.
You must never forge the email headers.
A way for recipients of your email to remove themselves (unsubscribe) from future emails.
If your program or 10X Recruiter is forwarded a spam complaint that links to your 10X Recruiter web site and the above criteria are not found in your email then you risk immediate termination.
Removal requests by the recipient must be dealt with immediately. 10X Recruiter does not allow you to send further emails to the recipient after the first Removal request is received by you. We suggest you save all removal requests for future reference in case you are accused of spam.
If 10X Recruiter is sent a copy of a removal request and we have proof that future emails were sent to the same recipient you risk immediate termination.
By agreeing to these terms you acknowledge you understand that if you violate our Spam policy your 10X Recruiter membership may be terminated immediately and you will forfeit all unpaid commissions and access to 10X Recruiter Members Only Site.
You also acknowledge that if your violation of this policy causes any damage or loss to our servers, or causes one (or more) of our web sites to be interrupted from normal service, you will be held liable for damages and loss of business.
It is important to understand that every web site, including your program and 10X Recruiter, exists on the Internet through the services of an Internet Service Provider (ISP). All ISP's are heavily regulated and take swift action when any of their clients are generating spam complaints.
If an ISP is not responsible in dealing with such clients they risk having their business shut down. As a result, ISP's are very strict with their clients.
As a result, 10X Recruiter must also enforce strict guidelines to reduce spam. Not doing so puts thousands of your program members' businesses in jeopardy of being taken offline by our ISP. So to protect you, your your program business, and our business we require you to follow 10X Recruiter Spam Policy closely.
To help reduce SPAM 10X Recruiter has a Suppression List found in the Affiliate section. Before you send even one email advertising your 10X Recruiter web site you MUST use the Suppression List.
Any member caught sending email solicitations about 10X Recruiter to an email address found on the Suppression List risks immediate termination.
Ignorance is no defense where SPAM is concerned - when in doubt, contact us first.

We collect user-specific information on what pages visitors access or visit. We also collect information volunteered by the visitor, such as survey information and/or site registrations.
The information we collect is used to improve the content of our Web page, used to customize the content and/or layout of our page for each individual visitor, and to provide further information regarding 10X Recruiter through the form of email communication.
With respect to email:
The only way a visitor will be added to our email distribution list is by voluntarily entering their contact information in one of our site registration forms. We have in place a "Verified Double Opt-In" policy whereby all registrations are confirmed by means of return email. In the case where a registration is not confirmed, the unconfirmed registrations will only receive periodic emails reminding the visitor of their need to verify their registration, otherwise, if the confirmation of registration is received, they are considered a "confirmed" recipient.
If a visitor does not want to receive e-mail from us in the future, they simply need to click the unsubscribe link found in just one of the emails that they have received from us. Additionally they can let us know by sending an e-mail to the above address or writing to us at the above address.
With respect to cookies
If you supply us with your postal address on-line you will only receive the information for which you provided us your address.
Persons who supply us with their telephone numbers on-line will only receive telephone contact from us for which you provided us your phone number.
With respect to Ad Servers
We do not partner with or have special relationships with any ad server companies.
With respect to security
We take precaution to protect our Subscribers and Members information. When Subscribers and Members submit sensitive information via this Web Site, their information is protected both online and off-line. When our registration/order forms ask Subscribers and Members to enter sensitive information (such as credit card number, billing information, etc.), that information is encrypted and is protected using industry standard encryption software (128 bit secure socket layers protocols).
While we use SSL encryption protocols to protect sensitive information online, we also employ security measures to protect Subscribers and Members information off-line. All of our Subscriber and Member information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job are granted access to personally identifiable information. Finally, the servers that store personally identifiable information are in a secure environment.
If you feel that this site is not following its stated information policy, you may contact us at the above addresses.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding any of these policies please don't hesitate to contact us.
If the Member cancels their own account from within the Members Only Site or if a Member requests that 10X Recruiter Support cancels their account, the Member's account will be immediately canceled and no further billing will occur.
In order to cancel your account without being billed again, you MUST cancel at least 72 hours or more before your renewal date. No refunds will be given if you wait to cancel and are charged again.
Canceled members no longer have access to the Members Site and all personal prospects, members, and commissions within 10X Recruiter system will be permanently removed from the system.
A Canceled Member can establish a new Member account at any time by logging into your canceled members site and making payment again.
10X Recruiter is a training and software that once you have access to it, it's value is already used. For that reason we have a "NO REFUND POLICY" in place.
You must be sure before you join that you are willing to agree to this because there are no refunds given for any reason.
If a charge back is placed with your credit card company, bank, or whom ever you made the payment through, we will fight it showing this policy, your name and IP address and that you agreed to it. We will win the case and you will be fined $30 for making the charge back.
All affiliates are paid by the 10th of each month for the previous month due. There is a 30 day hold on all commissions. An example would be you make $100 in January, you would be paid between the 1st and 10th in March. For February you would be paid in April and so on. Payments will be made to the source you choose under "Affiliates" menu tab, click on "Commission Payout Method". 10X Recruiter is not responsible for any lost payments due to inaccurate information given at time of payout.
Any charge backs or other loss of revenue from a member you have been paid for will result in a commission claw back and will be deducted from your current commissions due.
10X Recruiter has the right at any time to hold back commissions due for up to 180 days if you receive too many charge backs on members that you sponsor.
Any bonuses will be paid as the bonus is described.
Any affiliate caught spamming, using false claims, or any other illegal activity will be suspended and all commissions due will be forfeited.
Once you cancel your account, all commissions due will be forfeited and your down line will be lost.
Any affiliate that makes over $600 in a calendar year MUST provide 10X Recruiter with a signed W-9 (USA) or W-8BEN (NON-USA) before any future payments can be made to you. We will contact you when you need to fill this form out and where to send it to.
